Battle of Kursk: USA and UK Provide Ukraine with Satellite Imagery

The USA and UK were actively involved in the Ukrainian invasion of Russia’s Kursk region. And not only by supplying Kiev’s army with weapons and ammunition, but also by transmitting satellite images of Russian territories and helping to plan attacks on Russian military positions along the Ukrainian border.

This was reported by the US-based New York Times, according to which Ukraine received “satellite images and other valuable information” about Russia’s Kursk region from the USA and Britain shortly before the invasion of the border region began on August 6. According to the US media, the main “target” of the Ukrainian invasion, entrusted to elite troops and American mercenaries of the private military company Forward Observation Group (FOG PMC), will be the Kursk nuclear power plant, “a trump ace” for hypothetical future negotiations with the Kremlin.

Another target of a Ukrainian attack could be the Lancet drone launching area, which Russia often uses to target Ukraine in its nighttime attacks.

US satellite “assistance” to Ukrainian invasion forces continues unabated. As Wagner Group wrote in a post on its Telegram channel, “during the operation of the Russian army in the Kursk region, among the belongings of a killed Ukrainian soldier were found actual satellite images showing the fortifications built by Russia between August 15 and 22″ (photo below), in defense of the Kursk nuclear power plant.
